Aye Matie!…… Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla invites you to meet them tableside at
the Tampa Convention Center, which will host this year’s Gasparilla Pirate Fest Invasion Brunch.
Our Tour starts off as we board the pirate coach. with games,
music
and a lively Captain with tall tales and prizes. We encourange you to dress up and be a part of the activities as we have Best Costume Contests and other pirate challenges during the day.
We
join the Mayor and all the officials for a Brunch as the pirates cruise into port and take over the city. After our Brunch we head
over the bridge to our reserved seating for the pirade beginning at 1:00pm. We all vie for coins, necklaces, candy and hope not to get shot by one of the passing pirates as the floats, bands, and entertainment go
in front of our reserved seats. Be sure to collect all the goodies you can get as there are prizes for those who do!
Be among the first in the City to surrender to the pirates and receive their treasures! Entreat the Mayor to relinquish the Key to the City – and
celebrate Ye Mystic Krewe’s return to Tampa over brunch in reserved seating along the Tampa Convention Center’s Riverwalk. You’ll enjoy a close-up view of the spectacular pirate ship, the Jose Gasparilla,
as it sails up Seddon Channel and docks "tableside" at the Convention Center.
After the parade we head to down town area for live entertainment, art, crafts, music, and dancing. We will head back to the motorcoach in the evening around 9pm for a full day of
pirate fun. This tour has a lot of walking if you go to the downtown party.
